Aon Consulting, a human capital consulting firm, has received a subcontract from Lockheed Martin [LMT] to provide human resource solutions to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) under the Integrated Hiring Operations and Personnel (IHOP) program. TSA awarded Lockheed Martin the potential $1.2 billion IHOP contract last year. IHOP, now called HR Access, requires Lockheed Martin to provide various human resource functions to TSA. “We are helping TSA recruit and hire highly qualified candidates for critical positions across the country,” says Kathryn Hayley, Aon’s CEO.
