The Air Force Research Laboratory-Rome Research Site has issued a pre-solicitation notice for Full Spectrum Cyber Operations Technology. The service wants white papers for various scientific studies, investigations, and experiments to increase knowledge, understanding and capability to support full spectrum cyber operations within the Defense Department. Areas of interest include the integration and better coordination of the day-to-day defense, protection and operation of DoD networks as well as the capability to conduct full spectrum cyber space military operations. The service has about $24 million available under the BAA which runs from FY ’10 through FY ’12. Awards will be for one to four years with dollar amounts ranging between $200,000 and $1.5 million annually. Sol. No. BAA-10-04-RIKA.
