Lockheed Martin [LMT] on Monday said it has completed the acquisition of Zeta Associates, adding to its capabilities in C4ISR.

Terms of the deal, which was first announced in June, were not disclosed. Lockheed Martin said that the transaction would be immaterial to its financial results.

Zeta has expertise in software development for communications signals collection and processing. Zeta, which will report through Lockheed Martin’s Space Systems business area, also builds hardware such as RF switches, tuners, synthesizers and converters for data capture and conversion.

Zeta’s capabilities are used in cross-platform information collection, analysis and dissemination. Zeta has about 350 employees and its customers include United States government agencies in the intelligence and defense communities.
