Federal information technology (IT) services provider NCI, Inc. [NCIT] on Monday said it has agreed to be acquired by the private equity firm H.I.G. Capital in a $283 million cash acquisition.NCI said the acquisition will allow it to speed up its growth plans.“This partnership with H.I.G.
