The Department of Homeland Security Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office has awarded a non-competitive sole-source contract to Hassett & Willis Associates to provide systems engineering and technical assistance services to maintain support for early detection and response to a biological terrorism event for the BioWatch program. The award is a bridge contract for up to one year to allow for the continuation of SETA services while a new acquisition strategy and statement of work is put together for a competitive acquisition of these services.
