ATS Corp. [ATSC] will mentor the management and technology consulting firm Projility, Inc., under the Department of Homeland Security’s Mentor- Protégé program, which is designed to encourage large business prime contractors to provide developmental assistance to small businesses with the goal of strengthening technical offerings and management capabilities. Under the three-year agreement, ATSC will provide Projility with corporate resources and technical and management assistance in order to foster its business development goals and quality management objectives. ATSC provides the federal government with software and systems development, systems integration, infrastructure management and consulting services.
