In the contract announcement NAVSEA said this work also includes program management, system engineering, ship integration and testing; technical manuals, and planned maintenance system documentation.

The work will be mostly performed in New Jersey (73 percent) with the remainder in South Korea (25 percent) and Washington, D.C. (2 percent). It is expected to be finished by July 2026.

In all, $111.5 million in FMS funds were obligated at award time and will not expire at the end of this fiscal year.
