The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is awarded a $14,174,207 cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price order (N0001924F0274) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001921G0006). This order provides non-recurring engineering support for the F/A-18 Environmental Control System (ECS) Software Phase III update. The Phase III ECS software update will include 35 software changes identified to help improve the readiness and built-in test, thereby reducing potential for physiological events. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri (41%); Windsor Locks, Connecticut (32%); and El Segundo, California (27%), and is expected to be completed in January 2028.
