Raytheon Missile and Defense, Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a $39,293,592 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-22-C-5400 for fiscal 2022/2023 Navy, government of Germany, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procurements for Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Block 2/2B Guided Missile Round Pack, spare replacement components and recertification. This contract combines purchases for the Navy (4%); and the government of Japan (96%) under the FMS program. Work will be performed in Ottobrunn, Germany (50%); Tucson, Arizona (32%); Glenrothes Fife, Scotland (8%); Keyser, West Virginia (5%); Bedford, New Hampshire (2%); and various other locations each under 1% (3%), and is expected to be completed by January 2026. FMS (Japan) funds in the amount of $37,709,452 (96%); fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,236,630 (3%); and fiscal 2022 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $347,510 (1%) will be obligated at the time of award, of which $1,236,630 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
