International Systems Management Corp.,* Greenbelt, Maryland, is awarded a $21,448,365 cost-plus-fixed fee and cost-only contract for engineering support services to conduct feasibility studies, program planning and scheduling support, and technical services for Australian Surface Combatant Combat System Ship Qualification Trials, and the Canadian Surface Combatant program. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $38,323,086. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Australia and Canada. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C. (92%); Sarasota, Florida (4%); and Mobile, Alabama (4%), and is expected to be completed by April 2026. If all options are exercised, work will continue through April 2028. FMS (Australia) funds in the amount of $3,615,917 (58%); and FMS (Canada) funds in the amount of $2,587,160 (42%) will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
