The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate has issued a Special Notice to say it is considering the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for operation of the Homeland Security Operational Analysis Center (HSOAC) Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), which would refocus the current Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute (HSSAI) FFRDC. The refocusing would renew core competencies in operational analyses. The HSSAI is operated by Analytic Services Inc., or ANSER, on behalf of DHS. Sol. No. HSHQDC-15-I-FFRDC. Contact: Shelby Buford, contracting officer, Shelby.email@example.com.
