Previously, he was editor of Defense Today; founding Washington Bureau Chief with Bloomberg News, and Chief Washington Correspondent with The Bond Buyer. He also was political writer with a daily newspaper in Baltimore. He is a graduate of St. Anselm College, Manchester, N.H.
