Verint Systems Inc. [VRNT] says its Nextiva networked intelligent video solution has received SAFETY Act certification. “This certification validates Verint’s critical role in the fight against terrorism and is further evidence to our government customers that Nextiva meets the highest possible quality standards for securing people, assets and critical infrastructure,” says Jim Clark, senior vice president of Verint Video Intelligence Solutions. Verint says that as a result of the certification its Nextiva solution has been placed on the Department of Homeland Security’s Approved Products List.
