The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for Implementation and Business Operations support in establishing connectivity and operations with domestic airlines–as well as international, general aviation and others in the future–for the Secure Flight Program as TSA assumes responsibility for the passenger watch list matching functions currently performed by aircraft operators. The RFI is to help TSA determine if small businesses are qualified to perform these services. The contractor will support the Airline Industry Relations team by providing operational and technical guidance in airline operations, testing, implementation strategy and execution, and in identifying, developing, design and implementing operational measures to track Secure Flight’s system and programmatic performance.
