Telephonics Corp., a subsidiary of the Griffon Corp. [GFF], received a $14.5 million contract from the General Services Administration to supply its Mobile Surveillance Systems to Customs and Border Protection for border security applications. The integrated surveillance system includes a ground surveillance radar, electro- optical/infrared sensors, and accurate GPS location data along with a common operating picture allowing agents to track and visually identify targets of interest, according to Telephonics.
