SRA said the deal strengthens its presence in the health information technology, homeland security and law enforcement markets. Northern Virginia-based Qbase’s government services business supports customers in the intelligence, national security, government, and healthcare and energy areas.

Qbase’s services offerings include analytics and big data, IT infrastructure, software development, cloud and managed services, and mobile solutions.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. SRS said the 230 of Qbase’s employees are now part of the company. These employees are software and data architects, developers, data scientists, computer systems analysts, and project and quality assurance managers.

Houlihan Lokey was Qbase’s financial adviser on the deal.
