Raytheon [RTN] on Friday named Brian Seagrave as its new vice president of Homeland Security responsible for leading the company’s strategy for growth in security markets worldwide.

Seagrave, who joins Raytheon from the Federal Systems business of Unisys [UIS], will report to Thomas Culligan, Raytheon’s senior vice president of Business Development and CEO of Raytheon International, Inc.

“Brian comes to Raytheon with more than 20 years’ experience in government contracting across a wide range of services, including those in information technology systems integration, consulting and base operations,” Culligan said in a statement. “His broad experience in business development and marketing in the federal, state and local markets is a welcomed addition to our team.”

At Unisys, Seagrave was partner-general manager of Border Security and vice president of Homeland Security. Before he was at Unisys, Seagrave was the director of Federal Enterprise Business Solutions at Computer Sciences Corp. [CSC].
