Elbit Systems of America Subsidiary Awarded Contract to Provide an Avionics Refresh for U.S. Air National Guard’s ISR Aircraft

FORT WORTH, Texas, Feb. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — M7 Aerospace LLC, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems of America, was awarded an initial $5 million order on a sub-contract from Support Systems Associates, Inc. (“SSAI”) to provide an avionics refresh for the U.S. Air National Guard’s premier fixed-wing aircraft used for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance operations – the RC-26B. If all options are ordered, the total sub-contract would be valued at $22 million. M7 Aerospace will complete the work by 2021 out of its San Antonio, Texas facility.

The contract with SSAI will include avionics engineering, design, integration, modification, test and maintenance for the technically advanced aircraft.
