The Army awarded Northrop Grumman [NOC] a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, with a potential value of $205 million, to continue providing mission logistics services in support of combat brigades training at the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, Calif.

The contract covers one base year and two one-year options. The support will include the full range of mission logistics services: maintenance, supply, transportation, plus tactical logistics support staff planning and operations.

Northrop Grumman has provided logistical support services to the National Training Center and Fort Irwin since 2001.

“Our demonstrated superior performance on this contract has provided our valued Army customer with world-class support and unparalleled response to meet warfighting requirements,” said Greg Schmidt, vice president and general manager, Mission Solutions and Readiness division, Northrop Grumman Technical Services. “Northrop Grumman’s win ensures that continued innovation for affordability in providing logistical support services will be delivered to the Army by a team committed to excellence and dedicated to the mission.”
