This subcontract announcement is part of a larger General Services Administration (GSA) notification from early June of a multiple award, IDIQ contract to provide mission support services to Cyber Command worth up to $460 million. The contract has a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.

The SAIC-CI team will have the opportunity to provide full-spectrum operational support to Cyber Command’s mission including planning, coordination, integration, and synchronization required to operate and defend Department of Defense (DoD) networks. The contract also involves preparing and supporting cyber operations in related Cyber Command domains.

“This award is a testament to the expertise and quality of NCI’s cybersecurity capabilities and qualifications,” Brian Clark, NCI’s president and CEO, said in a statement.

“It gives us the opportunity to advance the collaborative goals of USCYBERCOM, and our other DoD and intelligence community customers, through cyber technologies, techniques, tactics and procedures to ensure our nation can withstand and respond to cyberattacks efficiently and effectively,” he added.
