ICF International [ICFI] received a potential $15 million contract over five years to help the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) implement new Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards. The initial award is worth $2.8 million for the base year. ICF will provide support in the areas of program management, communications management, acquisition management, administration, business and enterprise planning, and operation and maintenance of program tools and tracking systems in support of the implementation of the new standards. The new standards were issued by DHS earlier this year and apply to any facility that manufactures, uses, stores, or distributes certain chemicals above a specified quantity.
