Raytheon [RTN] on Thursday said that its Raytheon/Websense company has been rebranded and renamed Forcepoint, which brings its “defense-inspired” cyber security capabilities to the commercial market.

Forcepoint is majority-owned by Raytheon and includes Vista Equity Partners as a minority owner. Forcepoint brings together Raytheon’s Cyber Products business, Websense, which Raytheon acquired a majority stake in from Vista last year, and Stonesoft and Sidewinder business lines that were acquired this month from Intel [INTC].

“Forcepoint’s platform empowers organizations to concentrate on business execution and growth knowing that their data is being protected in the cloud, on the road and in the office,” John McCormack, CEO of Forcepoint, said in a statement. “Our approach is to provide an unparalleled platform to defend against attacks, detect suspicious activity sooner and give the context needed to decide what actions to take to defeat the attack and stop the theft of data.”

The rebranding announcement also included the launch of three new products addressing insider threats, cloud-based protection of Microsoft Office 365, and massively distributed, next-generation network security based on Stonesoft Next-Generation Firewall technology and Sidewinder Firewall Enterprise.

Raytheon acquired a majority share of Websense in 2015 for $1.9 billion, placing a big bet on being able to build a company that can provide cyber security solutions. Boeing [BA] and General Dynamics [GD] last year divested business units that provided cyber security products and services to the commercial sector and Lockheed Martin [LMT] is in the process of selling its government information technology services business, which also provide cyber security solutions to commercial customers.

At the time the acquisition was announced last April, Raytheon said that Raytheon/Websense, which included its Cyber Products business and Websense, would have about $500 million in sales in 2015. Raytheon/Websense had $114 million in sales in the third quarter of 2015.

Terms of the deals for Stonesoft and Sidewinder were not disclosed.

Forcepoint is based in Austin, Texas, and has 2,300 employees and more than 22,000 customers in 155 countries.
