Mr. Jack Zavin Associate Director U.S. Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense Chief Information Officer Member NCOIC’s Advisory Council Jack Zavin’s area of responsibility covers net/network enabled operations, information interoperability and sharing, and System of Systems Systems Engineering/Test & Evaluation that involves Information Technology and National Security Systems to include non-materiel aspects. Mr. Zavin’s activities span the lifecycle from science and technology through post deployment as well as from strategic through tactical level, in DoD/joint, and multinational operating environments.
