Mr. David Wallick
Head of Navy Cross Domain Solutions Office
Mr. David Wallick is the head of the Navy Cross Domain Solutions Office where he is responsible for all Navy, PACOM and JFCOM cross domain requirements. He serves as the Navy representative to the Cross Domain Technical Advisory Board, the Cross Domain Resolution Board (CDRB)
Mr. Wallick joined the Air Force in December 1992 where he served as a security policeman, financial analyst, pilot and eventually communications officer in February 2002. He served as the Network Control Center commander at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base from February 2002 – March 2003. Mr. Wallick was handpicked by the Communications Group commander to be the Telephone Systems Flight commander in March 2003 for the only Air Force base in the U.S. to maintain their own telephone system and has over 23,000 military and civilian customers. In June 2004, Mr Wallick deployed to Iraq where he assumed the role of the deputy C-6 in Baghdad’s Joint Operations Center. He is credited with orchestrating the establishment of communications capabilities to support the transition from the U.S. to the Multi-National Forces Iraq. In February 2005, Mr. Wallick joined the NSA as the head of the CDS test and evaluation branch where he served as the NSA representative to the CDTAB.
Mr. Wallick has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Computer Science, a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Strayer University and is currently working on Doctoral of Science in Information Assurance as Capitol College. He currently resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife and two daughters.
