Marc Rossi joined the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Air Cargo Office in June 2008.  He held multiple management positions within the air express industry at DHL Express for 15 years including: air cargo operations, import/export operations, security and Federal Regulatory affairs.  In his capacity as Branch Chief of the Certified Cargo Screening Program (CCSP), Marc manages a staff of 20 headquarter security experts, program managers and contractors.  In addition to leadership and managing responsibilities, he is responsible for developing, staffing, training and equipping the Certified Cargo Screening Program.

Marc is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara.
