Mr. Robert F. Hogue
Chief Executive Officer and President for In-Depth Engineering

Mr. Robert F. Hogue is the Chief Executive Officer and President for In-Depth Engineering. He is responsible for the overall growth and management of the business, including business development and financial growth. Mr. Hogue has thirty-four years of experience in Business Management, System and Software Engineering design and development, which includes experience in Combat Systems, Radar, Sonar, ESM, and Air Traffic Control Systems.

Prior to his role at In-Depth Engineering, Mr. Hogue served as the Chief Executive Officer for The Consulting Network Incorporated (TCNI). In that capacity, he was responsible for the growth and management of the business and served as the director of all engineering activities. Mr. Hogue collaterally served as the Chief Engineer and Technical Director for the AN/BYG-1 Tactical Control Submarine Combat System contract.  In this role, Mr. Hogue developed many X Windows based GUI applications and GeoSit displays for combat systems and sonar systems, introduced virtual display systems to surface and submarine combatants,  and developed state estimation techniques applicable to target localization for the Submarine Combat System and the Torpedo Recognition Segment of the AN/SQQ-89 Surface Combat System. 

Prior to TCNI, Mr. Hogue held senior engineering positions at DRS Technologies, Inc, IBM Federal Sector Division, and Raytheon Company. 

Mr. Hogue began his career as a Sonar Technician STS1(SS) within the U.S Navy Submarine Service.  He received the Certificate of Achievement, Undersea Warfare Systems and the Navy Achievement Medal, Cmdr 6th Fleet, and is a Vietnam Veteran.

Bob and his wife Sandy live with their three children in Dayton Maryland.
