Darrell Covell is the Founder and CTO of Rsignia, Inc., as well as sole stockholder of Rep-tron Inc. since January 1993.
Since mid 2007, Rsignia has been producing from its own ideas, solutions that address the ever-changing landscape of cyber warfare. Today, Cyber Warfare is changing; the fight is becoming offensive, with new and innovative tools being developed and employed in these engagements. Rsignia® is leading the way in the development of these new products to address the offensive paradigm. Rsignia’s CyWarfius® and CyberScope™ products provide the Cyber Warrior with innovative new tools and critical techniques to meet and defeat his enemy in both Cyberspace and in kinetic engagement environments.
Rsignia’s CyWarfius® product line is a family of secure, locked-down, passive or inline monitoring appliances powered by the Endace DAG card technology. These new tools provide the ability to implement a precision, or rather, a surgical counter attack on specific cyber targets. CyWarfius appliance can be thought of as an internet transducer device capable of listing, editing and sending back out again.
Mr. Covell’s background includes having started several Engineering based companies. These include project-driven engineering services and integration specializing in the rapid development, delivery, qualification, and deployment of complex data and signal processing systems and subsystems with application code, to primes, agencies, and lead labs. His expertise spans the range of sensor data applications from acoustics to SDQ; and wide breadth and depth of algorithmic and implementation expertise. Familiar in the techniques for sonar, radar, sigint, elint, communications, image feature extraction and acoustics; and is extremely innovative in addressing and solving problems in these, and other, domains.
He holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.
