The Department of Homeland Security awarded a 10-month, $1.5 million task order to Electronic Consulting Services, Inc. (ECS) under the EAGLE program to provide all services, hardware, and software to plan, design, configure and install all hardware and software for implementing a fully operational messaging environment for the Federal Air Marshall Service. ECS says the contract is the third it has received under EAGLE. The Messaging Implementation Project will facilitate a secure email and calendaring infrastructure that integrates within the Office of Law Enforcement secure messaging capabilities.
