The Army is seeking qualified sources for a full rate production contract for the Joint Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Reconnaissance System (JNBCRS) Increment 1. Increment 1 will be for 20 systems, with each system consisting of a base vehicle (Light Armored Vehicle), NBC detection equipment suite, and command and control suite. The NBC detection suite consists of sensors that provide point and standoff detection of NBC agents, as well as a surface sampler, sample collection subsystem, and marking subsystem that require full integration without degradation to individual sensor performance.
