The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is seeking sources in several areas related to the collection of chemical and biological warfare agents. The agency seeks sources to develop materials collection guides that will be based on comprehensive reviews and analysis of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive literature. The guides will be used as reference and provide guidance on the collection, preservation and stabilization of CBRNE samples from humans, animals and contaminated environments. The agency also seeks sources for performing laboratory and field testing of biological collection capabilities and related topics. The development of thorough, statistically rigorous testing protocols and plans will be necessary to evaluate the identified collection capabilities for operational use.
