Crowley Government Services, Jacksonville, Florida (N6238715C2505), was awarded a $41,691,689 firm-fixed-price with reimbursable elements extension to continue the operation and maintenance of five T-AGOS and two T-AGM ocean surveillance vessels. The T-AGOS fleet is comprised of the vessels USNS Victorious (T-AGOS 19), USNS Loyal (T-AGOS 22), USNS Effective (T-AGOS 21), USNS Impeccable (T-AGOS 23), and USNS Able (T-AGOS 20). The T-AGM fleet is comprised of the vessels USNS Invincible (T-AGM 24) and USNS Howard O. Lorenzen (T-AGM 25). This extension period of performance consists of a 10-month period from Feb. 1, 2022, to Dec. 1, 2022. The requested 10-month period is intended to cover the time needed to award a follow-on contract and conduct an adequate turnover. Work will be performed at sea worldwide and is expected to be completed by Dec. 1, 2022. This contract extension was not competitively procured. Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $30,726,350 was obligated at the time of award via contract modification (P00145) and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was prepared under the provisions of 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) — only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
