This modification provides continued surface transportation coordination services for the movement of freight within the continental U.S. (CONUS) and Canada under the Department of Defense Freight Transportation Services program to the Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Contract Management Agency, and Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk.
