Denver International Airport has selected Verified Identity Pass’ Clear Registered Traveler (RT) service at the airport with plans to launch the new express security lanes this winter. Clear enrollment will begin this month in cooperation with Hyatt Hotels. “Denver serves a strong population of business travelers, consumers and government,” says Steven Brill, Clear’s CEO. “It is a perfect fit within the Clear network. We are confident that, given Denver’s passenger volume, it will become one of our largest operations.” Denver International handles 11 million passengers annually. Clear has 75,000 members so far and is the RT service provider at nine airports, excluding Denver and LaGuardia in New York, where Clear lines will soon be opening. Separately, Clear and American Express have created a strategic marketing partnership that will give American Express card members preferred pricing and appointment enrollment privileges at Clear’s network of off-airport city enrollment centers.
