INL Seeks Technical Services to Support DHS ICS-CERT Ops

Idaho National Laboratory management contractor Battelle Energy Alliance (BEA) is seeking an Expression of Interest from prospective subcontractors that are qualified and capable to provide support to existing BEA staff as part of the operational watch floor and coordination with the multiple agencies represented on the Department of Homeland Security National Cyber and Communications Integration Center watch floor in Arlington, Va. TSA to Solicit for Security Screening Services at Airports in Eastern Montana

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued a pre-solicitation notice for private security screening services at five airports in Eastern Montana. The planned contract is for one-year plus four one-year options. The five airports are Dawson Community, Havre City County, L.M. Clayton, Sidney-Richland Regional, and Wokal Field/Glasgow International. TSA Issues RFI for IT Enterprise Managed Services

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for information technology (IT) enterprise managed services capable of supporting the operational requirements of the agency and communications with the general public and other governmental organizations. The agency will use the information to understand industry best practices, capabilities and trends associated with managed service contracts. TSA’s IT infrastructure is currently supported by the IT Infrastructure Program contract and the agency is considering transforming its IT Enterprise to a managed service model to achieve administrative and operational benefits. State Department to Purchase Biometric Kiosks for Mexico

Senate Seeks Cyber Incident Response Software

The U.S. Senate’s Office of the Sergeant at Arms has issued a solicitation for commercial-off-the-shelf Cyber Incident Response (CIR) software. The winning contractor shall provide configuration support, installation, testing for acceptance, necessary licenses, training, documentation, maintenance and technical support of the CIR software. Requirements include all data be maintained in Senate controlled systems, the software must be able to automatically import open source threat feeds as well as closed source feeds, have a customizable report engine, integrate with Security Information and Event Management, integrate with cyber threat indicators database, and more. Coast Guard has UMV Interest

The Coast Guard is interested in unmanned marine vehicles (UMVs) that could operate for several months, if not several weeks, at a time unattended except for remote monitoring. The service’s Research and Development Center (RDC) has issued a Request for Information for commercial and government-off-the-shelf UMVs and associated sensor, data processing, communications, and monitoring packages to support offshore missions. Navy Issues RFI for Mobile ID Fingerprint Devices

In support of the Department of Homeland Security’s System Assessment and Validation for Emergency Responders (SAVER) program, the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center has issued a Request for Information (RFI) on commercial off-the-shelf mobile fingerprint biometric devices with a Fingerprint Acquisition Profile of 30 and above and certified by the FBI. The target audience for the information is the emergency responder community.
