Maj. Gen. Franklin L. Hagenbeck has been nominated fro reappointment to the rank of lieutenant general with assignment as deputy chief of staff, G-1, U.S. Army, Washington, D.C. Hagenbeck previously served as commanding general, 10th Mountain Division (Light) and Fort Drum, Fort Drum, N.Y.
