Dave Bowman to the position of vice president and program manager for the C-17 program from general manager of the AV-8B Harrier program.

Darryl Davis to the position of vice president, U.S. Air Force Unmanned Systems and program manager of the Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle program, from vice president of business development for Military Aircraft and Missile Systems.

Bob Feldman to the position of program manager for both the AV-8B and T45TS program from general manager of the T45TS program.

Charles T. Robertson to the position of vice president of business development for Military Aerospace Support. Robertson previously served as commander in chief, U.S. Transportation Command, and commander, Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.

Yvon Turcot to the position of senior vice president, Public Affairs, from vice president, Public Affairs.

Richard Bradeen to the position of vice president for Amphibious Aircraft, Defence Services from Vice President, Corporate Audit and Risk Assessment.

Carole Lamarche, currently vice president, Finance is appointed to the position of vice president, Corporate Audit and Risk Assessment.

Dominique Dionne to the position of vice president, Public Relations and Communication, from director, Public Relations and Communication.

DRS Technologies

Raymond F. Petty has joined the company as senior vice president, business development, of the company's Electronic Systems Group. Before joining DRS, Mr. Petty was director, business development and strategic planning, for the Defensive Systems Division of the Electronic Systems Sector of Northrop Grumman Corporation.

Eaton Corporation

Richard H. Fearon has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial & planning

officer, effective April 15, 2002. Fearon joined Eaton from Willow Place Partners, a Menlo Park, CA-based corporate advisory firm that he founded in 2001.

Finmeccanica

Roberto Testore was appointed CEO and director general by Italy’s Economy Ministry at the end of March, from chief of Fiat Auto.

Pierfrancesco Guarguaglini was appointed chairman and co-chief executive from chief of shipbuilder Fincantieri.

Michael D. Davidson, controller and chief accounting officer, to the added position of chief financial officer.

Sherman Baldwin has been named vice president of strategy. Baldwin joins Pratt from Redleaf Group.

Space Systems/Loral

Arnold Friedman has been named senior vice president of worldwide marketing and sales, from president of ProtoCast Services.

Northrop Grumman

Carl O. Johnson has been appointed vice president and Global Hawk program manager. Hawk has been directing Northrop Grumman’s activities as prime contractor for the U.S. Air Force Global Hawk unmanned reconnaissance system since January 2000.

Orbimage

Gary Adkins has been appointed to the position of senior director for Federal and National Security Sales. Prior to joining ORBIMAGE, Mr. Adkins held a similar position as director of Federal Sales for Space Imaging Corporation

Pat Zerbe has been named director, Corporate Communications. Her most recent position was as director, Strategic Communications.

Michael J. ``Mike'' Williams has been appointed to serve as senior vice president and general manager of its Power Systems business unit.
