The Air Force pushed Thursday’s NROL-35 payload for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) to Friday due to weather, according to launch provider United Launch Alliance (ULA).

Launch will take place at 10:13 p.m. EST from Vandenberg AFB, Calif. ULA said the forecast for Friday shows a 40 percent change of favorable weather conditions. The launch is to take place on an Atlas V rocket.
